Duties of Reviewers
Peer-review. The journal facilitates double-blind peer review. At least two researchers published on the relevant topic in the international outlets are invited as reviewers by the Editorial Board. The reviewers are responsible for ascertaining if a submission matches their research interests. The reviewers are expected to submit their reviews within reasonable time. The reviewers should only assess scientific quality of the paper and propose an editorial decision.
Confidentiality. The reviewers must keep all the information about the reviewing confidential. For this reason, the use of AI for reviewing purposes is prohibited.
Conflicts of Interest. The reviewers must decline reviewing a paper in case a potential conflict of interest of any nature may arise. The possible causes of conflict of interest between an author and a reviewer include mutual research publications during the last three years, employment at the same department, personal relationships or associations. If any conflict of interest becomes apparent during the review, the reviewer must notify the Editorial Board. The reviewers should not encourage citations of irrelevant works for the purpose of influencing citation metrics.
